So yes, we hardly take time out and talk to our self. That’s true! We keep ourselves so busy sometimes with our friends, our work, our mobile phones that at the end of the day we just go to our bed and sleep…make ourselves so much tired!
I think, we need to stop sometime…for a while…sit and relax and talk to our self. Try to understand what we really want? Must try to find out if we are heading into correct direction? I did this yesterday and felt so much more focused and calm. It was like meeting to another person and sharing thoughts with each other!
I would suggest this to all of you and see the difference yourself! So..sometime, talk to yourself!
